you'll need:

1 cup dehydrated cooked pasta (whole wheat, about 60g)
1/3 cup TVP granules iHerb
3 tablespoons tomato sauce powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning iHerb
Salt
2 tablespoons freeze-dried grated Parmesan cheese

at home:

Combine pasta, TVP granules, tomato sauce powder and herbs in a medium-sized zip lock bag.
Pack Parmesan cheese separately.

on the trail:

Pour TVP Bolognese mixture into a pot, add 1 and  1/2 cup water. Stir well.
Place pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand another 5-10 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and enjoy!

notes:

*For vegan version omit Parmesan cheese
