you'll need:

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
3 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon pumpkin powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice iHerb
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Ghee

at home:

Mix  oats, milk powder, pumpkin powder, spices and sugar in a medium-sized zip lock freezer bag.
Pack ghee separately.

on the trail:

Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
Pour hot water into Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal mixture; stir and let stand covered 1 minute.
Add ghee and enjoy.

notes:

For lactose-free version replace milk powder with coconut or cashew powder.
