you'll need:
1 tablespoon buttermilk powder
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder iHerb
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of Salt
1 pack olive oil
at home:
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium-sized ziplock freezer bag.
Pack olive oil separately.
on the trail:
Pour 1/4 cup water and olive oil into a bag with Mini Irish Soda Bread mixture.
Seal the bag and knead the mixture until smooth.
Cut off the corner of the bag and squeeze the batter into the mug, or disposable aluminum muffin cups.
Steam-bake for about 12-15 minutes or until ready*.
