you'll need:

1/4 cup dehydrated cooked rice
2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
1 handful freeze-dried mango chunks
1 tablespoon coconut oil powder
1 teaspoon Swerve sweetener iHerb
pinch of Sea Salt

at home:

Put all dry ingredients into medium-sized zip lock freezer bag.

on the trail:

Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil.
Carefully pour hot water into the bag with Mango Sticky Rice mixture.
Stir well, close the bag and let sit in a cozy (warm place) for about 5 minutes.

Cold-soaking method:
Add 1/2 cup cold water into container with Mango Sticky Rice mixture.
Stir well, close the jar (container) and let sit until fully rehydrates.

notes:

No dehydrator method: Instead of cooked dehydrated rice you can use rice flakes or instant rice.
