you'll need:

1/4 cup dehydrated cooked buckwheat
2 tablespoons powdered chocolate peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk powder
handful freeze-dried bananas
1 teaspoon brown sugar
pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon Ghee

at home:

Put all dry ingredients into medium-sized zip lock freezer bag.
