you'll need:
1/4 cup dehydrated canned beef
1 handful dehydrated mushrooms
2 tablespoons crispy fried onions
1 packet instant beef bone broth
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon Ghee
at home:
Combine all dry ingredients in reusable zip-lock bag
Pack ghee separately.
on the trail:
Put the Buckwheat Kasha with Mushrooms and Onions mixture into a pot and add 1 cup water.
Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
