you'll need:

2 tablespoons freeze-dried chicken
2 tablespoons dehydrated mushrooms
2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
1 tablespoon tomato sauce powder
1 teaspoon thai coconut curry soup spice

at home:

Mix all dry ingredients  in a medium-sized zip-lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour Backpacking Tom Kha Gai mixture into the pot; add 1 cup water and stir well.
Place pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand another 5 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.
